Sébastien Thiéry is doctor in political science, professor at École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture, Paris Malaquais. With The designer Ruedi Baur he has co-directed a research program on the city and its mediated representations at ENSADlab for three years (co-editor with Ruedi Baur of the book “Don’t brand my public space!”). He has been member of the pedagogical committee of the École des Arts Politiques at Sciences Po founded by Bruno Latour (http://www.sciencespo.fr/public/fr/content/le-programme-d-experimentation-en-arts-politiques-speap) and co founder with Patrick Bouchain of the Université Foraine (http://www.universiteforaine.fr). In 2012 he has founded with the landscaper Gilles Clement the PEROU (Pole of Exploration of Urban Ressources), an association that develops applied research in marginal urban contexts.
